Welcome to NFL Flag SoCal Football, the action-packed, co-ed NFL Flag Football experience where all skill levels are welcome. Play locally on professional football fields inside dedicated football stadiums, with game days typically held on Sundays and every game officiated by professional referees. Play for your favorite NFL team name and logo, wear your own official NFL Flag-branded team jersey, and take home your NFL Flag belt keepsake, an official in-season player photo packet, and trophies. Build skills, make friends, create lifelong memories, and compete for the ultimate prize: Championship Rings! This is the NFL Flag SoCal experience.

Official NFL FLAG player jersey and flag belt. The jersey is reversible, with the NFL team name and logo.

Weekly game days, typically on Sundays. Always local, on dedicated football fields inside football stadiums with convenient adjacent parking.

Certified referees officiate every game, just like the pros.

On team picture day, every player gets an official team photo and an individual player photo.

NFL Flag SoCal is a progressive, developmental league in which each division offers expanded opportunities for players to build their skills, confidence, and love of NFL Flag football. The league is run by former players and experienced youth sports professionals and coaches.
About the leagueThe official NFL Flag Football program for boys and girls serving the South Bay and surrounding areas of Los Angeles, including Torrance, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, El Segundo, Gardena, Hawthorne, Lawndale, Carson, Lomita, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, San Pedro and Harbor City.
